The staff here is friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable, and I loved the amenities like the fridge, coffee/tea makers, and seating area.

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, in an area of other hotels, it's a plus. Besides, it was really close to restaurants and things to do and many restaurants/stores and the interstate.

We loved this stay. The hotel is set in a great area, adjacent to many restaurants, stores, and Starbucks. The room was quiet with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a shower, and a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Location: the hotel was near to nearby stores, restaurants and stores and the Starbucks. I often went to Dunkin' Donuts to pick up some food. I booked a room with a nice bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control.

The value for our money was excellent, and the room was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff at Hampton Inn Youngstown/Boardman were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.

My stay was really nice here. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed that beautifully kept hotel. I had a fantastic stay in this hotel in the Youngstown Boardman area. The location was close to everything and surrounded by other hotels. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous, and welcoming. They provided a variety of breakfast options, including bagged items during these uncertain times.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything you could possibly want in the area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and all the amenities you need are within 6-7 miles. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with ample space and hot water in the shower. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, especially those with special needs. The complementary breakfast is also a great perk.

There was an issue with the billing process, which took over a week to resolve.
