I was disappointed to find the swimming pool out of service, which limited our recreational options during the stay.

the swimming pool was closed, which really threw off my whole relaxing plan. also, my room was completley devoid of shampoo when I checked in, but guess what? I had to wait until 9am to get some. absolutely outrageous that no one checked my room before arrival. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

We enjoyed our stay with comfortable beds and a quiet room. The breakfast options were great, and it was nice having everything organized. We even visited the nearby Vickers Nature Preserve and played golf at Bedford Trails Golf Course, making our trip memorable.

However, we were disappointed that the pool was closed during our visit, something we were really looking forward to after outdoor activities.

Noticed a minor issue with the elevator service, which caused some delays during peak hours. I feel like the management needs to pay more attention to detail to enhance the overall guest experience.

I truly appreciated the easy highway access, making our travels seamless. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay for me and my family, and I especially enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms.
